Your records stay on this iPhone. Mavelle has no server backup. Use Export in Profile to keep a copy, and Import to bring it back.
Subscriptions
Manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings. Use Restore purchases on the membership screen to check your access.
Apple Health
Change Apple Health permissions in the Settings app under Health, then Data Access & Devices.
