Mavelle

Terms of Service

Updated: 2026-10-24

Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and IRFAN EMRE UTKAN, the developer in Türkiye who runs Mavelle (“we”, “us”). They apply to Mavelle on iPhone.

When you tap Agree and continue, you accept these terms. The Privacy Policy explains how Mavelle handles information. If you do not agree, do not use Mavelle.

Who can use Mavelle

You must be at least 18. Give your real age. App Store age checks also apply.

Health and safety

Mavelle gives you training plans, workout videos, cycle-aware suggestions, nutrition targets and progress views. It is not a medical service or medical device. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition, and it is not for contraception.

Exercise has risks, including injury. Train within your abilities, use safe equipment and stop if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath.

Talk to a doctor before you start or change training or nutrition, especially if you are pregnant, recently gave birth, have an injury or medical condition, or take medication.

Do not use Mavelle in an emergency. Call your local emergency number.

Subscriptions

Mavelle needs a paid subscription. You buy and manage it through the App Store, and Apple charges your App Store account.

A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. Apple charges the renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.

If an offer includes a free trial, the paid subscription starts when the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before then. Unused trial time ends when you buy a subscription.

Manage or cancel in your App Store account settings. Deleting the app or your data does not cancel a subscription.

Apple handles refunds under its policies. Prices can change. Apple tells you before a new price applies to your subscription.

Your records

Your records belong to you. Mavelle stores and processes them on your iPhone to provide the features you use. We receive no copy.

Mavelle has no server backup or account recovery. If you lose your iPhone or delete the app, you can lose your records. Use Export to keep a copy.

License and acceptable use

Apple’s Standard EULA governs your license to use Mavelle: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

Do not use Mavelle unlawfully or against the rights of others. Do not copy, change, resell or reverse engineer Mavelle, except where the law allows it. Do not bypass access to paid features.

Mavelle, including its design, programs, videos, artwork and text, belongs to us or our licensors.

Third-party services and content

Apple Health and the App Store belong to Apple, and Apple’s terms apply.

The food database includes data from USDA FoodData Central and Open Food Facts. Open Food Facts data is available under the Open Database License (ODbL). Nutrition values can be incomplete or wrong.

App Store

These terms are between you and us, not Apple. We, not Apple, are responsible for Mavelle and its content.

Apple has no duty to provide maintenance or support for Mavelle.

If Mavelle does not meet an applicable warranty, you can tell Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any. To the extent the law allows, Apple has no other warranty duty for Mavelle.

We, not Apple, handle any claim about Mavelle, including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, consumer protection, privacy and intellectual property claims.

You confirm that you are not in a country under a US government embargo or named by the US government as a “terrorist supporting” country, and that you are not on a US government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and can enforce them against you.

Changes to Mavelle and ending use

We can change, add or remove features where the law allows. We work to keep Mavelle running, but we do not promise that it will always work without errors.

You can stop using Mavelle at any time. We can end your license if you seriously break these terms. Your records stay on your iPhone.

Warranty and liability

To the extent the law allows, Mavelle is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties other than those the law requires.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, or your mandatory consumer rights.

Law and disputes

The laws of Türkiye govern these terms. If you are a consumer, you keep the mandatory protections of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in your local courts or to your consumer authority.

If you live in the United States, you and we agree to resolve any dispute about Mavelle by binding individual arbitration under the American Arbitration Association’s Consumer Arbitration Rules and the Federal Arbitration Act. Either of us can instead bring an individual claim in small claims court.

In the United States, you and we each waive jury trials and class or representative actions. Before arbitration, send us a written description of the dispute and allow 60 days to resolve it. You can opt out of arbitration by emailing support@ieugroup.uk within 30 days after you first accept these terms.

Changes to these terms

Before an important change takes effect, the app shows the new terms and asks you to accept them. If you do not accept, you can stop using Mavelle.
